Candied Jalapeño Pepper Jelly Appetizer
Share
When Rick James asked me to make apps for his poker night I knew I had to make a dip I have been dreaming about since Thanksgiving when a family friend made a version of this with cranberries.
This easy appetizer is four ingredients and ridiculously addicting.
Combine one jar of red pepper jelly with your favorite jam. I used a peach jam but our family friend made hers with cranberries. I like this recipe because you can change the jam to whatever is in season.
Whip room temp cream cheese then spread over a bowl.
Top the cream cheese with the jelly, then top the jelly with candied jalapeños. I made my own but store bought works.
Serve with salty crackers and voila, the easiest, most addicting appetizer ever.
