INGREDIENTS

135 grams Nuttzo keto butter

90 grams Honey
-
100 grams Old fashioned oats

50 grams Coconut flour
-
80 grams Unsweetened coconut flakes

1 teaspoon Salt

30 each Dates
-
255 grams Hu Chocolate baking gems, melted

45 grams Coconut oil
- 2 pinches Maldon
METHOD
- Combine nut butter and honey in a small bowl then mix with GF sprouted oats, coconut flour, coconut flakes, and salt
- Flatten in a baking dish
- Blend dates with a little water until smooth, then spread over crust
- Mix melted @hukitchen with coconut oil and pour over caramel
- Freeze, slice, and dip in more chocolate and sprinkle with Maldon
- Keep at room temperature so that it remains gooey and easy to bite.
