Fluffy Almond Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

150 grams almond flour

5 grams baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 each eggs
-
.25 cup milk
-
3 tablespoons maple syrup

Coconut oil for cooking
METHOD
Whisk almond flour baking powder and salt.
Whisk eggs, milk and maple syrup.
Add the wet to the dry.
Scoop batter into a preheated cast iron with coconut oil or butter on medium low. I like to do smaller scoops. They are more manage and easier to flip.
