Here is how I prepped my fruit for my warm, lite breakfasts.
I have been working with a naturopath to prep my womb, and now have to eat a warm, lite breakfast every morning around 9am. Everything I eat or drink has to be warm or cooked - even herbs! My naturopath and I are warming my body from the inside to help with blood circulation and creation, and preparing my body to have babies!

1 each of any fruit. I did an apple, peach and mango
METHOD
Slice or cube the fruit.
Bake at 350F for 45-min.
