INGREDIENTS
12 ounces creamy nut or seed butter (Make sure it’s a single ingredient!)
1 stick salted butter, room temp
to taste Maple syrup, room temp
to taste Himalayan salt
Maldon salt for topping
METHOD
Mix nut butter and salted butter with a fork until fully combined
Add maple syrup and Himalayan salt to taste. You want it to be slightly sweet and salty but still thick
Use right away or let firm up in the fridge for 20 minutes
Top with a sprinkle of Maldon
Keep leftovers in a sealed glass container in the fridge or freezer.
