Incredibly flavorful and super hearty fish stew loaded with cod, scallops, shrimp, harissa, and lemon - I also like to sprinkle with feta and cilantro before serving. This is hands down one of my favorite dishes ever to make! This version has a variety of seafood, but use whatever you have!
